About the role

  • Multichannel support: handle requests received by phone, chat and email while meeting our SLAs; diagnose issues and provide fast, effective solutions; maintain thorough follow-up on each ticket until resolution.
  • Documentation and continuous improvement: document every interaction to enrich our knowledge base; write and update user resources (FAQs, tutorials, guides); identify recurring issues and propose process and tool improvements.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: report bugs and feature requests to R&D with clarity and context; share identified training needs with the Customer Success and KAM teams; contribute to support reporting (monitoring and analysis of KPIs).
  • Optimization projects: participate in and/or lead projects to structure the team; contribute to the integration of new support tools; propose and implement initiatives to improve team performance.
  • Product expertise: develop in-depth knowledge of our solutions; become a subject-matter reference for specific topics or products; train new team members.

Requirements

  • Customer support experience: You have at least 1–2 years of customer support experience, ideally in tech or healthcare.
  • Excellent communicator: You are comfortable speaking and writing, able to explain technical concepts clearly and adapt your messaging to different audiences.
  • Problem-solver mindset: You enjoy solving problems, are curious, and persist until you find a solution.
  • Autonomous and organized: You can manage multiple requests in parallel, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Continuous improvement oriented: You are proactive, identify optimization opportunities, and enjoy contributing to team projects.
  • Empathy and patience: You understand user frustrations and remain calm and supportive in all situations.
  • Passion for healthcare (nice to have): You have an interest in improving care quality and the working lives of healthcare professionals.
