About the role
- Own the creation and iteration of multi-step user experiences
- Build and maintain multi-step flows across web and mobile web experiences
- Design high-converting layouts with clear hierarchy, strong UX, and trust-building patterns
- Implement conditional logic, branching, validation, and edge case handling
- Build and maintain reusable components and patterns
- Instrument flows with event tracking
- Run iteration cycles focused on improving completion rate, conversion rate, and downstream retention
- Partner with Design, Growth, Product, Analytics, Engineering, and Clinical stakeholders to ship safely and fast
- Use AI daily to accelerate build speed, create variants, and improve quality while verifying correctness
Requirements
- Strong UX fundamentals, including hierarchy, readability, mobile-first design, accessibility basics, and reducing friction
- Ability to design conversion-focused multi-step experiences, including onboarding, intake, checkout style flows, upsells, and retention flows
- Strong visual taste and attention to detail, including spacing, typography, layout, and consistency
- Ability to translate goals into wireframes, UI, and clear user paths without heavy process overhead
- Experience using design tools such as Figma and delivering clean specs that translate into production
- Strong fundamentals in HTML and CSS, including responsive layouts, component structure, and modern UI patterns
- Working knowledge of JavaScript concepts, including state, events, validation, and conditional rendering
- Comfort reading and editing code in production environments when needed
- Familiarity with API driven flows and basic concepts such as requests, payloads, and error handling
- Ability to work inside low-code tools and still ship solutions that are clean, scalable, and maintainable
- Understanding of instrumentation concepts such as events, properties, funnel steps, and attribution
- Strong direct-to-consumer or e-commerce instincts, ideally subscription experience
- Metric-driven mindset with comfort using analytics to evaluate impact
- Ability to prioritize based on leverage and measurable outcomes
- High ownership and urgency, you ship, and you follow through
- Nice to have: Experience with experimentation and personalization, Webflow, Framer, Unbounce, or similar builders, analytics tools like PostHog, GA4, Amplitude, Segment, or Mixpanel, working in regulated environments, writing clear documentation for reusable patterns and components.
