About the role
- Performs client-site servicing, repair and/or installation of company Oncology product(s)
- Provides technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment
- Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures using established procedures
- Assists in the development of new servicing techniques and the writing of service documentation
- Maintains a high degree of professional knowledge and safety consciousness according to VMS guidelines
Requirements
- Knowledge of and sound professional experience with electronic and electro-mechanical engineering
- Relevant experience in LINAC maintenance is preferred
- Knowledge of and sound professional technical experience with micro-computers/PC based systems
- Fluency in the local language and in English, both written and spoken
- Obtains and completes LMS training plan specific to assigned responsibility
- Meets all Vendor Credentialing requirements necessary to gain client site access
