About the role
- Assist recruiting by conducting 1st round of interviews for new guides
- Invite reviewed applicants to meet for an initial phone screen
- Determine the candidate's desire to become a LifeGuide
- Evaluate if candidates are in the right place in their lives to become a LifeGuide
- Assist the Onboarding Team by tracking progress of guides
- Conduct Onboarding training sessions
Requirements
- You're a people person and enjoy meeting new Guides
- You are highly organized and methodical in your approach
- You can produce detailed reports for leadership
- You have a high level of discernment, being careful that candidates are the right fit for a specific role vs. playing the “numbers game”
- You have fun building and maintaining positive relationships
- You are tech savvy and can quickly learn to navigate new websites and you have experience with Google Suite
- You're a strategic thinker with the work ethic and desire to execute on strategies
- You don’t settle for anything less than excellence in your work
- Ability to manage multiple project simultaneously
- Access to calendar app (calendly or other)
- Ability to motivate others
- Ability to think outside the box
- Have experience with and are organized in the following systems: BambooHR, Verifirst, Slack, Google Suite, LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
