• Responsible for the direct oversight of the daily clinical operations related to organ donation
• Provides supervisory oversight of Organ Administrator on Call and Referral Coordinators
• Prepares the on-call schedule to ensure coverage at all times
• Provides guidance to accurately screen and evaluate cases to maximize donation
• Planning and delivering department meetings
• Management of the selection, training, development and performance of departmental staff
• Conducts performance reviews in alignment with job expectations
• Works collaboratively with Lifebanc’s management teams
• Participates in local, regional, and national seminars on organ donation
