Product Manager

• Drive engagement growth across the member experience. Identify and ship the highest-impact ways to deepen and broaden member engagement — across the moments that matter to families and the relationships members hold most closely.
• Grow engagement in multiple forms. Partner with Growth and adjacent teams to help members engage meaningfully with the multiple close relationships in their lives. Drive measurable lift across the number of new circles with multiple engaged members, the share of members active in 2+ circles, and the depth of activity within each circle. These connected outcomes are how acquisition converts to durable engagement and how the relationship graph becomes self-reinforcing.
• Operate as a deep collaborator across the team. Engagement moves fastest when bigger bets are shaped in partnership with cross-functional leaders — across the experience, platform, and growth surfaces. You bring rigor and pace, but the path through is built with the team — not handed to them. Contextual prompts, modular components, and the engagement experiences that bring relationships to life across the product are surfaces you'll co-own with adjacent leads.

Principal Product Manager, AI Native – Engagement

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Oversee the preparation and review of SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, as well as investor communications such as press releases, investor presentations, and other investor conference materials, in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC rules and regulations
• Own GAAP and SEC disclosure checklists and tie-out binders in compliance with the Company’s SOX controls
• Oversee the preparation of internal financial reporting packages, including performing financial and trend analyses and drafting related commentary and internal management and board reporting
• Own month-end close for technical accounting areas, including capitalization of internally developed software and review direct reports’ close deliverables and workpapers
• Review and write technical accounting memorandums and provide guidance on U.S. GAAP matters, including internally developed software, adoption of new accounting standards, impairment analyses, valuations, and the accounting impact of new agreements

Developer Relations

• Design and build platform-level test infrastructure for iOS and Android that runs continuously, scales automatically, and surfaces signals without human intervention.
• Apply AI-driven failure classification to reduce noise, prioritize signal, and cut time-to-fix on test failures across mobile suites.
• Partner with the AI Native platform team to ship net-new skills that replace categories of manual engineering work.
• Build and maintain in-app instrumentation for mobile performance, quality signal, and test execution telemetry.
• Design data pipelines that feed quality signals into dashboards, alert systems, and AI analysis layers, providing the org with real-time visibility into test health and app quality.
• Own the infrastructure used to baseline, monitor, and debug mobile API behavior in CI.
• Partner with Mobile, Backend, and Release Engineering teams to embed AI-native quality practices throughout the development lifecycle — from intent to production.

Senior Software Engineer II – AI-Native, Mobile, Developer Experience

Product Designer

• Drive end-to-end design across Life360's devices portfolio, including Tile, Pet GPS, and other hardware products. This role translates insights and strategy into elegant, scalable experiences that span physical and digital touchpoints.
• Deeply understand the devices ecosystem, hardware constraints, companion app interactions, and user mental models, and design experiences that feel seamless whether a member is on the Life360 app, the web, or interacting with a physical device.
• Own the in-app experience for how users set up, manage, and get value from their devices within Life360.
• Lead early-stage design by rapidly prototyping hardware-software interaction concepts using AI-native and standard design tooling to test novel experiences at speed.
• Map and storyboard end-to-end user journeys across physical and digital moments — from unboxing to daily use — and turn them into visual artifacts stakeholders can quickly react to.
• Design frameworks and interaction models that reduce friction across device setup, management, and troubleshooting flows.

Senior UX/UI Product Designer, Circle Expansion

Security Engineer

• Develop systems and tools that improve the security posture of Life360's DLP, device hardening, SaaS, and zero trust layers
• Execute security strategy and policy for Life360-built services and SaaS applications
• Review and provide architectural guidance on infrastructure systems, fleet management, and automation
• Own EDR agent deployment health and coverage across the endpoint fleet, ensuring CrowdStrike Falcon agents are installed, current, and correctly configured on every managed device; identify and close coverage gaps in partnership with IT and D&R
• Partner with D&R on log source enablement, ensuring corporate systems (Kandji, Intune, Slack, Box, Google Workspace) emit the telemetry D&R needs for detection and investigation, without owning the detection logic itself

• Conduct security architecture reviews across mobile (iOS/Android), backend (Java, Python, PHP), data pipelines, and third-party integrations. You're the security partner teams come to during design, not after.
• Translate threat models and security requirements into pragmatic guidance engineers can act on.
• Build trusted relationships with product and platform engineering teams
• Further operationalize and tune ASPM tooling (Cycode) to unify SAST, SCA, secret scanning, and container security into actionable signal, not noise.
• Build security-as-code patterns and pre-approved libraries that make the secure path the default path.
• Automate vulnerability triage, deduplication, and routing so the team spends time on judgment, not toil.
• Drive SLA-based remediation workflows with clear severity definitions, ownership, and escalation paths.
• Build metrics that translate security posture into language engineering leadership and executives can use.

• Embed in each function before building anything — learn how work actually moves, surface the workflows worth automating, and build them using the platform stack the team is assembling. Production adoption is the metric, not a polished demo.
• Configure and deploy the End User Workbench for each function you support — tailored to how that team actually works, not a generic starting point.
• Scope, build, and ship agentic workflows in production across business functions like legal review, financial operations, marketing, HR, and revenue. These are not prototypes.
• Evaluate AI-native vendor solutions alongside the functions you support — separating genuine capability from hype and making honest build-versus-buy recommendations. When something real exists, recommend it. When it doesn't, build it.
• Work alongside people on real problems until they can scope, build, and own their own agent workflows. The measure is when teams you support are shipping without you.
• Support your partners through agent ownership — what it means to maintain a workflow when you've never operated software before. You'll work through those questions in practice, not in theory.
• Return field signal to the platform. What you learn forward-deployed shapes how the End User Workbench evolves — and in some cases you will build the solution directly into it.
• Partner with Legal, Privacy, and Security to keep data boundaries built into every workflow from the start — not appended at the end.
• Document what works — configuration templates, workflow patterns, and deployment approaches that make the next engagement faster and safer.

AI Partner Engineer
