• Comply with Life University’s Honor Code and Faculty Handbook policies
• Deliver engaging, academically rigorous content in assigned MBA courses
• Maintain classroom professionalism and foster a supportive learning environment
• Prepare and publish a course syllabus via Blackboard each quarter
• Maintain appropriate office hours and availability for student interaction
• Complete necessary documentation and grading promptly and accurately
• Attend department meetings and contribute to university initiatives
