About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Comply with Life University’s Honor Code and Faculty Handbook policies
- Deliver engaging, academically rigorous content in assigned MBA courses
- Maintain classroom professionalism and foster a supportive learning environment
- Prepare and publish a course syllabus via Blackboard each quarter
- Maintain appropriate office hours and availability for student interaction
- Complete necessary documentation and grading promptly and accurately
- Attend department meetings and contribute to university initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a closely related field
- Teaching experience at the collegiate level (online or in-person)
- Strong computer, communication, and instructional skills
- Preferred Qualifications: Terminal degree (Ph.D., DBA, JD, etc.) in a business discipline
- Professional certifications such as CPA, PMP, SHRM-CP/SCP, CFA, or CMA
