About the role
- You will define, track, and report on critical delivery metrics
- You will transform raw Jira data into actionable intelligence for the Executive Team
- You will identify bottlenecks and drive operational changes needed to fix them
- You will forecast our capacity against the product roadmap
- You will manage the operational side of our "elastic" workforce
- Ensure that dependencies are identified early between Product, Engineering, and TechOps
- You will project-manage our compliance initiatives (SOC 2, GDPR)
- You coordinate the logistics of major releases and ensure stakeholder approvals
- You ensure that our agile ceremonies are efficient, focused, and high-value
- You are the central nervous system for status updates
Requirements
- 8-12+ years in Technical Program Management, Project Management Office (PMO) Leadership, or Agile Delivery Operations
- Experience running the "Business of Engineering"
- Comfortable using tools like Jira to visualize team health and performance
- Highly organized and structured
- Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, or Advanced Scrum certifications are highly valued
