About the role
- Monitor the flow of traffic within the office and manage and direct incoming calls on a multi-line phone system to recruiters and appropriate individuals within the organization.
- Perform office reception duties including greeting visitors and current employees.
- Assist existing employees with basic HR concerns/needs.
- Assist the HR team with the onboarding experience of new employees across the organization.
- Process and organize applicant information.
- Organize new hire information and pertinent tasks related to onboarding.
- Organize and distribute Life Protect 247 merchandise.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or higher
- A minimum of one year Human Resource experience preferred
- Proficiency in Google Suite Workspace
- Experience with ADP
- Strong communication and listening skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively
- High level of confidentiality and a strong commitment to Life Protect 24/7 values
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and to work in a fast-paced office environment
- Must be able to work occasional flexible hours.
- Criminal history and other background checks will be required of the finalist candidate for this position.
