About the role

  • Direct and indirect sales (through distributors)
  • Sales of orthopedic products (knee and hip implants)
  • Management of the full sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, proposal preparation, and closing
  • Participation in hospital standardization processes
  • Continuous interaction with distributors and hospital stakeholders
  • Technical support in operating rooms, providing guidance, product demonstrations, and assistance during procedures when necessary
  • Generating demand among physicians and nursing teams, ensuring correct product use
  • Participation in events, training sessions, and medical congresses

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (complete)
  • Experience as a surgical technologist/instrumentation specialist is a plus
  • Driver's license, category B (required)
  • Intermediate or advanced English (advantage)
