About the role
- Direct and indirect sales (through distributors)
- Sales of orthopedic products (knee and hip implants)
- Management of the full sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, proposal preparation, and closing
- Participation in hospital standardization processes
- Continuous interaction with distributors and hospital stakeholders
- Technical support in operating rooms, providing guidance, product demonstrations, and assistance during procedures when necessary
- Generating demand among physicians and nursing teams, ensuring correct product use
- Participation in events, training sessions, and medical congresses
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (complete)
- Experience as a surgical technologist/instrumentation specialist is a plus
- Driver's license, category B (required)
- Intermediate or advanced English (advantage)
