Senior Engineer – Operative Purchase

Field Engineer

• Troubleshoot, inspect and diagnose Liebherr machinery and components with a heavy focus on Crawler Cranes & Deep Foundation Drill Rigs including electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, engines, gearbox/drive train, etc. to resolve moderate to complex problems
• Perform new and used machinery preparation, scheduled maintenance, repair or overhaul usually requiring component replacement, commissioning and adjustment of mechanical/hydraulic, electrical, electronic and pneumatic equipment, including warranty upgrades
• Recondition and repair equipment components and systems as assigned
• Perform pre-delivery inspections of equipment and new & used equipment preparation
• Occasionally perform servicing on Liebherr machinery as directed, including fluid checks, and sample pulling, oil and filter checks, changing lubricants, replacing filters, greasing machine lube points etc.
• Ensure components, material and/or equipment is inspected, is corrected to specifications and ensure timely delivery programs are achieved
• Ensure all final verifications specified in work instructions, scope of work, verbal communication and specifications are carried out and complete
• Accurate and timely submission of reports and technical document including service reports
• Operate and maintain tools, equipment and work areas in accordance with company policy
• Other duties as assigned

Field Service Technician, Crawler Cranes – Deep Foundation Equipment

Accounts Receivable

• Collects on past due accounts, consults with AR Manager to discuss payment plans and write offs and legal pursuits.
• Analyzes and inputs cash receipts.
• Follows up with customers on discrepancies, partial payments, missing remittances, and other issues that arise.
• Checks and releases orders for customers who have exceeded credit line.
• Prepare monthly statements.
• Prepares monthly report on status of past due accounts and holds monthly meetings with divisional management to share the results.
• Emails, reviews, mails (when necessary), and files invoices and credits utilizing GetPaid.
• Requests checks of customer credit and sets up new customer accounts.
• Answers accounts receivable inquiries and follows-up.
• Backs up other Accounts Receivable Specialists(s) when needed.
• Establishes alternative payment plans, and recommends write-offs and legal pursuits.
