About the role
- Leading projects from planning to successful launch and ensuring sustained Business in Series Production
- Project planning and management, including the creation of detailed project and milestone plans based on the Stage/Gate process
- Track project performance, identify deviations from planned targets, and take corrective actions
- Evaluate project processes and performance, identify areas for improvement, and execute changes effectively to enhance project efficiency
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in the mechanical industry
- Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering / automotive manufacturing
- Proven ability to work in diverse, crossfunctional, and international teams
- Experience in handling transformation or largescale implementation projects is preferred
- Very good spoken and written English skills
- German Language will be added advantage
