About the role
- Provides customer support to dealers by performing all frontline responsibilities
- Handles all customer inquiries related to parts and provides superior customer service
- Releases backorders and expedites to purchasing department
- Tracks backorder shipments and advises dealers of arrival time
- Keys orders into Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
- Communicates with remote Liebherr warehouses
- Assists dealers in navigating ERP and parts systems
- On call 24 hours for emergency machine down situations
- Assists in inventory audits
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent education
- minimum of two years of experience in a parts environment
- Basic knowledge of distribution and warehousing principles
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals
- Knowledge of software and systems related to parts and warehouse operations
