About the role

  • Lead the continuous improvement initiative within LTS
  • Design methodologies tailored to the needs of internal clients
  • Contribute to process optimization by analyzing performance
  • Maintain and enhance the tools deployed in the company (5S, Obeya, VSM, etc.)
  • Conduct active monitoring and benchmarking to identify best practices
  • Train and support an AMC network to promote a culture of continuous improvement
  • Participate in company projects by providing expertise and strategic vision

Requirements

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in Continuous Improvement, Performance Management, or equivalent
  • At least five years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Agile approaches, Lean Six Sigma, and the Toyota Production System
  • Familiarity with performance management and project management tools
  • Comfortable using SharePoint, Power BI, and the Microsoft Office suite
  • Proficiency in English
