About the role

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to Sales Administration (order management)
  • Participate in digitalization projects (CRM deployment, customer portal, etc.)
  • Implement KPIs for Sales Administration activities
  • Monitor and execute actions in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders
  • Document procedures and working rules to embed and sustain new methodologies.

Requirements

  • Currently studying Business or Engineering with a focus on Supply Chain
  • Proficient with computer tools (Microsoft Office suite, etc.)
  • Experience with an ERP (SAP, etc.) is a plus
  • Interest in IT project management
  • Strong analytical, synthesis and writing skills
  • Rigorous and methodical
  • Autonomous and proactive with a strong sense of initiative
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Curious mindset
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
