About the role
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to Sales Administration (order management)
- Participate in digitalization projects (CRM deployment, customer portal, etc.)
- Implement KPIs for Sales Administration activities
- Monitor and execute actions in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders
- Document procedures and working rules to embed and sustain new methodologies.
Requirements
- Currently studying Business or Engineering with a focus on Supply Chain
- Proficient with computer tools (Microsoft Office suite, etc.)
- Experience with an ERP (SAP, etc.) is a plus
- Interest in IT project management
- Strong analytical, synthesis and writing skills
- Rigorous and methodical
- Autonomous and proactive with a strong sense of initiative
- Good interpersonal skills
- Curious mindset
- Excellent written and spoken English.
