About the role

  • Provide vital administrative support across a wide range of tasks supporting the service team
  • Raise and process customer service jobs and repair orders, including costing completed jobs
  • Support the scheduling of service jobs
  • Prepare and issue invoices for completed service work in a timely manner
  • Organise team members travel and accommodation arrangements as required
  • Timesheet administration for payroll and reporting purposes
  • Process expense claims & manage purchasing activities and accounts payable workflow with precision
  • Address customer inquiries in a professional manner
  • Maintain and update databases, ensuring filing systems are organised, up to date and efficiently archived
  • Update and manage data bases, filing and archiving

Requirements

  • Strong Customer service focus with professional manner
  • Self-driven and proactive
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • A proven ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy and attention to details
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Cert III in Business Administration OR minimum 2 years in a relevant administrative role.
