About the role
- Provide vital administrative support across a wide range of tasks supporting the service team
- Raise and process customer service jobs and repair orders, including costing completed jobs
- Support the scheduling of service jobs
- Prepare and issue invoices for completed service work in a timely manner
- Organise team members travel and accommodation arrangements as required
- Timesheet administration for payroll and reporting purposes
- Process expense claims & manage purchasing activities and accounts payable workflow with precision
- Address customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Maintain and update databases, ensuring filing systems are organised, up to date and efficiently archived
- Update and manage data bases, filing and archiving
Requirements
- Strong Customer service focus with professional manner
- Self-driven and proactive
- Strong problem solving skills
- A proven ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy and attention to details
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Cert III in Business Administration OR minimum 2 years in a relevant administrative role.
