About the role
- Provide administration support to the Used Cranes department throughout the sales process through to delivery
- Coordinate supplier quotes, raise and verify purchase orders, and manage invoicing processes
- Arrange travel and process expenses claims
- Support the preparation of customer quotations and respond to customer enquiries
- Maintain sales documentation, machine files, and marketing-related materials
- Create and update documents, spreadsheets, templates, and presentations
- Assist with registration and importation requirements for cranes
- Update databases, manage filing, generate reports, and monitor component stock levels
- Take meeting minutes for client discussions when required
- Set up customer credit and supplier accounts
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support efficient communication
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sales administration processes and raise potential issues impacting product or service quality
Requirements
- Certificate IV in Business Administration or similar is desirable
- Ideally experience within OEM equipment or related heavy industry
- Sales or Marketing qualification advantageous but not essential
- Experience with import process an advantage but not essential
- High attention to detail and effective communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete to high standard
- Exceptional customer service skills
