About the role

  • Provide administration support to the Used Cranes department throughout the sales process through to delivery
  • Coordinate supplier quotes, raise and verify purchase orders, and manage invoicing processes
  • Arrange travel and process expenses claims
  • Support the preparation of customer quotations and respond to customer enquiries
  • Maintain sales documentation, machine files, and marketing-related materials
  • Create and update documents, spreadsheets, templates, and presentations
  • Assist with registration and importation requirements for cranes
  • Update databases, manage filing, generate reports, and monitor component stock levels
  • Take meeting minutes for client discussions when required
  • Set up customer credit and supplier accounts
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support efficient communication
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sales administration processes and raise potential issues impacting product or service quality

Requirements

  • Certificate IV in Business Administration or similar is desirable
  • Ideally experience within OEM equipment or related heavy industry
  • Sales or Marketing qualification advantageous but not essential
  • Experience with import process an advantage but not essential
  • High attention to detail and effective communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete to high standard
  • Exceptional customer service skills
