About the role

  • Design, develop, and implement automated systems, software, or machinery
  • Automating production lines and streamlining IT workflows
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement
  • Troubleshooting automation to bring process-related equipment online
  • Serving as engineering authority for warehouse automation equipment
  • Ensure proper configuration, calibration, and optimization of automation equipment
  • Diagnose root causes of mechanical, electrical, or controls issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Electrical) or Bachelor’s in Industrial Technology
  • 2-3 years’ experience, or AAS with emphasis in automated distribution, fulfillment centers, or material handling engineering and at least 3-5 years’ experience
  • Experience with MHE automation OEMs (e.g., Dematic, Vanderlande, SSI, etc.) desired
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver license and passport
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and control logic
