About the role

  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries related to design, quality, and delivery
  • Review, negotiate, and communicate engineering and QA specifications internally
  • Review and correct technical documents (drafts, calculations, assembly/maintenance instructions)
  • Build business cases including cost, price, profitability, packaging, logistics, and warranty
  • Lead customer claim handling, RCA, corrective actions, and 8D reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related technical field
  • Additional certification in Quality Management or Project Management is beneficial
  • 08 - 10 years of experience in similar field
  • Hands-on experience with: Technical documentation reviews, PPAP / APQP4Wind, 8D reporting and root cause analysis & Customer interface roles
  • Exposure to global supply chains
