About the role
- Technical coordination of a small interdisciplinary industrialization team
- Coordination of cost calculations for cross-departmental introduction costs of new products
- Participation in decisions on in-house production versus outsourcing and definition of criteria for series readiness of new components
- Management of projects by defining work packages, coordinating schedules and reviewing deliverables
- Preparation of schedule and process plans according to defined targets
- Ensuring availability of resources and equipment for the introduction of new products into assembly
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a similar qualification
- Experience in industrialization, logistics or materials management
- Experience in cost calculation, MSP (Microsoft Project) and project management
- Business-fluent English, both written and spoken
- Strong implementation skills and assertiveness
- Independent and analytical working style
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
