About the role
- Monitor and process schedules and orders
- Commercial assessment of inspection reports and cost estimates
- Commercial and logistical support for a defined group of end customers
- Advise and accept customer requests from domestic and international clients
- Prepare and detail quotations
- Perform contract reviews and coordinate deviations with the customer
- Handle warranty and goodwill cases and analyze the root causes of complaints
- Draft position statements and coordinate next steps with the relevant specialist departments
- Calculate spare-part prices from suppliers and in-house production
- Prepare, modify and maintain agreed prices
- Issue invoices in compliance with customer-specific and legal requirements
Requirements
- Successfully completed vocational training as an Industrial Clerk (Industriekaufmann) or comparable qualification
- Experience or additional qualification in customer service/after-sales support
- Very good knowledge of English
- Careful and service-oriented working style
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Willingness to take on AOG duty (Aircraft on Ground emergency support)
