About the role

  • Monitor and process schedules and orders
  • Commercial assessment of inspection reports and cost estimates
  • Commercial and logistical support for a defined group of end customers
  • Advise and accept customer requests from domestic and international clients
  • Prepare and detail quotations
  • Perform contract reviews and coordinate deviations with the customer
  • Handle warranty and goodwill cases and analyze the root causes of complaints
  • Draft position statements and coordinate next steps with the relevant specialist departments
  • Calculate spare-part prices from suppliers and in-house production
  • Prepare, modify and maintain agreed prices
  • Issue invoices in compliance with customer-specific and legal requirements

Requirements

  • Successfully completed vocational training as an Industrial Clerk (Industriekaufmann) or comparable qualification
  • Experience or additional qualification in customer service/after-sales support
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Careful and service-oriented working style
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Willingness to take on AOG duty (Aircraft on Ground emergency support)
