About the role

  • Motivate employees to actively participate in idea management.
  • Process submitted ideas and assign them to the respective reviewers.
  • Plan and moderate the meetings of the evaluation committee.
  • Monitor lead times for submitted ideas.
  • Verify the effectiveness and sustainability of approved and implemented ideas.
  • Send notifications to idea submitters.
  • Approve ideas for reward allocation and payout.
  • Coordinate processes from creation to methodological IMS release in ADONIS.
  • Track expired processes.
  • Coordinate governing documents and prepare them as instructed, e.g., local directives.
  • Maintain checklists/databases related to processes and governing documents.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or technical vocational training.
  • Further qualification as a state-certified technician, master craftsman or certified business administrator (desirable).
  • Knowledge of standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc., as well as technical understanding.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Confluence and SharePoint.
  • Good German and English language skills.
  • Motivation and initiative to engage idea submitters and raise awareness.
  • Strong communication skills.
