About the role
- Support in capturing, updating, maintaining and managing customer master data for the Czech Republic/Slovakia and Poland
- Proactive written and telephone customer communication
- Participation in the development and implementation of data quality management for master data
- Conducting regular system checks and continuous coordination with relevant departments
Requirements
- Completed commercial/business education (e.g., HAK, HLW or equivalent)
- Initial experience in inside sales or administrative processing is an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of Czech/Slovak or Polish
- Confident user of MS Office programs
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems desirable
- Independent, structured working style and intercultural competence
- Team player with organizational and communication skills
