About the role
- Perform installation and calibration work on Leica Geosystems machine control systems for construction machinery in the Dortmund metropolitan area – both on construction sites and at customer premises
- Analyze, diagnose and resolve system faults in cooperation with technical support
- Provide operator training to ensure safe and efficient use of the systems
- Create technical documentation of service and maintenance work
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for technical inquiries
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics technician, mechatronics technician, or comparable technical qualification
- Ideally, experience with machine control and surveying systems
- Good command of English
- Independent, committed and customer-focused working style
- Willingness to work at varying locations, including overnight stays
- Driving license class B
