About the role
- Support the Business Partner team in the day-to-day administration of employee lifecycle matters
- Write and post job advertisements in French and English for various positions
- Support the HR team throughout the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, case management (absences, conflicts, warnings), and offboarding
- Manage recruitment cycles for Young Talent positions
- Prepare presentations, communications, and reports on HR topics to support decision-making
Requirements
- Student or recent graduate in economics, psychology, marketing, or a related field
- Excellent command of French and English. German is an advantage
- Motivated to work in Human Resources and available for 12 months
- Excellent written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to adapt to different IT systems
- Self-motivated and a team player
