About the role

  • Ensure and oversee customer service business cases in coordination with the customer.
  • Identify and implement measures to increase revenue and optimize business and profit growth.
  • Conduct competitive analyses and derive relevant actions.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification; at minimum a technician-level qualification.
  • Professional experience in sales, service, or similar areas is desirable.
  • Excellent German and English skills, written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
  • Business administration and project management knowledge advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, confident demeanor, and assertiveness.
  • Customer- and solution-oriented mindset and approach.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel for business.
