About the role
- Ensure and oversee customer service business cases in coordination with the customer.
- Identify and implement measures to increase revenue and optimize business and profit growth.
- Conduct competitive analyses and derive relevant actions.
- Coordinate overarching customer issues with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage order modalities.
- Ensure on-time delivery.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification; at minimum a technician-level qualification.
- Professional experience in sales, service, or similar areas is desirable.
- Excellent German and English skills, written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
- Business administration and project management knowledge advantageous.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, confident demeanor, and assertiveness.
- Customer- and solution-oriented mindset and approach.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Willingness to travel for business.
