About the role

  • Contribute to and actively participate in the entire recruiting process
  • Support the team in the onboarding process for new employees
  • Prepare documents and coordinate with the respective departments

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Economics with a focus on Human Resources, or a related field
  • Enthusiasm for HR processes and ideally some initial experience in HR
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Enjoy working in a team
