About the role
- Contribute to and actively participate in the entire recruiting process
- Support the team in the onboarding process for new employees
- Prepare documents and coordinate with the respective departments
- Support the department’s day-to-day activities (e.g., help shape measures in the area of personnel development)
- Participate in exciting projects (e.g., workforce planning)
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Economics with a focus on Human Resources, or a related field
- Enthusiasm for HR processes and ideally some initial experience in HR
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Structured and independent way of working
- Enjoy working in a team
