About the role

  • Tracking and consolidation of ISO certifications across Liebherr companies
  • Evaluating existing Corporate Citizenship activities within the group and further conceptual development
  • Contributing to the HSE project group as the interface to Corporate Responsibility (CR)
  • Participating in the project group on the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG), with prospective involvement in the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CS3D)
  • Supporting the implementation of CR reporting for the Liebherr Group together with the divisions and central functions
  • Maintaining and updating the group-wide CR training
  • Supporting Liebherr companies on CR topics and the implementation of group-wide CR policies
  • Researching and preparing relevant CR topics
  • Preparing status updates and reporting relevant developments for management and decision-making bodies

Requirements

  • Degree or vocational training in environmental, sustainability, economic or social sciences, or comparable education/training desirable
  • Some professional experience in sustainability, HSE or compliance, ideally within a corporate/group environment
  • Basic knowledge of relevant management systems and standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001) advantageous
  • Strong intrinsic motivation for CR/sustainability topics
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements in a sustainability context
  • Confident presence and experience in preparing and presenting complex matters to management and decision-making bodies
  • Very good written and spoken German and English; additional languages are an advantage
