About the role
- Analyze requirements and translate them into technical ServiceNow solutions
- Design and architect ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM)
- Provide oversight and quality assurance for technical implementations
- Advise internal stakeholders on best practices and platform strategy
- Integrate third-party systems
- Support the rollout of new modules and releases
Requirements
- Degree in (business) informatics, computer science, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience with ServiceNow, ideally certified (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD)
- Solid knowledge of ITSM processes (according to ITIL)
- Experience in architecting complex IT systems and integrations
- Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
