About the role

  • Manage and advise a defined customer portfolio on commercial, technical and logistical matters.
  • Perform operational sales tasks, in particular entering demand into the ERP system and maintaining sales-relevant data.
  • Prepare and deliver customer presentations and support contract and price negotiations.
  • Assist the Key Account Manager in the acquisition, quotation and implementation phases as well as in ongoing series support.
  • Support analysis of the sales market and the identification, monitoring and assessment of relevant competitors.
  • Handle problem and conflict cases in a structured manner and assist with fault analysis and repair measures.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering with a focus on Electronics/Electrical Engineering, or a comparable degree.
  • Alternatively, completed commercial or technical vocational training with relevant professional experience in electronics or sales.
  • Industry experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services is an advantage.
  • Strong customer and service orientation.
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style.
  • Business-fluent German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
  • Willingness to travel, primarily within Europe.
