About the role

  • Support organizational change as part of the digitization of our internal value chain
  • Support, further develop and coach teams and projects in long-term change processes
  • Design, develop and deliver workshops and training to convey subject-matter expertise, methodological skills and practical tips
  • Develop and implement change management strategies in the context of digital transformation
  • Plan, coordinate and execute change and communication initiatives
  • Support internal projects in organizational development, project management, and process optimization and digitization

Requirements

  • Degree in organizational development, change management, process management, project management or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in digital change, strategy implementation and digital transformation projects
  • Solid knowledge of organizational development, corporate culture, change management and agile methods
  • Additional qualifications such as Scrum Master or Agile Coaching are a plus
  • Experience in facilitation, presentations and stakeholder communication
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Independent, structured and systematic way of working
  • Quick learner with strong analytical thinking skills
