About the role

  • You will be responsible for a company-wide project to analyze, structure and standardize training documentation in the Learning Management System
  • In parallel, you will manage the operational day-to-day administration of the Learning Management System, including creating courses and managing users
  • You will gain comprehensive insight into the daily operational work of an HR department and support personnel development in organizing and implementing training measures

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Education, Social Economy, Psychology or a comparable field
  • Minimum 5-month mandatory internship as part of your studies
  • Enjoy taking on new challenges and working as part of a team
  • Enjoy working independently and in a structured manner, and enjoy interacting with people
  • Open and friendly communication style
  • Initiative and reliability
