About the role

  • Plan and implement IT rollouts, migrations, and software deployments — from initial concept to go-live
  • Administer, maintain, and monitor our server infrastructure, networks, and cloud environments
  • Act as the central interface between the requirements of our internal business units and the standards of corporate IT
  • Analyze and enhance our IT workflows to improve efficiency and data security
  • Create clear technical documentation and user guides for the team
  • Set up and manage workstations, development environments, and servers using modern deployment and configuration management tools
  • Own and maintain Active Directory, including management of group policies, user roles, and access rights
  • Support the implementation of security standards, monitor system integrity, and serve as the first point of contact for IT security questions or incidents

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Confident experience supporting development environments, version control systems (e.g. Git), CI/CD tools, and virtualization
  • You value structure, work independently, and keep an overview even when handling multiple projects in parallel
  • Ability to translate complex IT topics into clear, understandable information for business units and to act as a strong communication link to corporate IT
  • Process- and user-oriented mindset — you focus on solutions rather than problems
  • Demonstrated team spirit, initiative, and a proactive working style
  • Excellent written and spoken English and German
