About the role
- You plan and organize training activities and events such as meet-and-greet afternoons, onboarding weeks, and general training sessions
- You actively participate in apprenticeship fairs and informational presentations at schools
- You prepare and support the apprentices' graduation ceremony
- You set up, maintain, and keep rotation plans up to date in MyApprentice
- You assist with correspondence and coordination with external education partners such as vocational schools, dual universities, and the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK)
- You organize student internships, handling recruiting, scheduling, and document management
- You support the IT Education Center teams on various projects (e.g., preparing presentations)
Requirements
- You are an enrolled student, preferably studying Business Administration, Business Education (Wirtschaftspädagogik), Event Management, Social Sciences, or a related field
- You are looking for a working student position with 15 hours per week
- You enjoy and are interested in new challenges and working as part of a team
- You take pleasure in working independently and in a structured way, and you enjoy interacting with people
- You communicate openly and in a friendly manner
- You show initiative and are reliable
- You are confident using MS Office applications
