About the role
- Collect relevant information for training planning and submit it to the Shared Service Center (SSC)
- Organize workshop logistics: book rooms, coordinate catering, prepare facilitation materials, prepare training materials and request guest Wi‑Fi
- Provide on-site support for trainings: prepare rooms and welcome and see off trainers and external participants
- Support the organization of external events – from venue search and obtaining and evaluating quotes to booking and coordinating seating, catering and participant management
- Create e‑learning modules and videos as part of the IT strategy deployment to support initiatives
Requirements
- Enrolled student, ideally studying Business Administration, Business Education, Event Management, Social Sciences or a related field
- Available for a working-student position of 15 hours per week
- Enjoy working independently and in a structured way
- Bring commitment to planning and implementing trainings and events
- Open, friendly and service-oriented communication style
- Show initiative and be reliable
- Confident user of MS Office applications
