About the role

  • Point of contact and sparring partner for managers on all strategic, operational and employment-law matters.
  • Full management of the entire employee life cycle together with HR Service and Personnel Development.
  • Reliable advisory support to managers during change processes.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in HR; ideally in a manufacturing company.
  • Good knowledge of employment law, collective bargaining agreements and works council/industrial relations law.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented working style with high quality standards.
  • Confident and professional demeanor.
  • Openness to try new approaches and the ability to implement initiatives effectively.
