About the role
- Point of contact and sparring partner for managers on all strategic, operational and employment-law matters.
- Full management of the entire employee life cycle together with HR Service and Personnel Development.
- Reliable advisory support to managers during change processes.
- Active contribution to HR concepts and projects to further develop HR activities.
- Constructive collaboration with works councils on co-determination and employee-representation matters.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in HR; ideally in a manufacturing company.
- Good knowledge of employment law, collective bargaining agreements and works council/industrial relations law.
- Proactive, solution-oriented working style with high quality standards.
- Confident and professional demeanor.
- Openness to try new approaches and the ability to implement initiatives effectively.
