About the role
- Professional and disciplinary leadership of employees
- Training and qualification of assigned staff
- Design and development of new production layouts and plans
- Optimization of processes, work plans and manufacturing methods
- Planning and documentation of work steps, sequences and production equipment, taking into account new manufacturing methods and time data
- Determination of required capacities
- Control and monitoring of the execution of major new projects
- Definition and management of tasks in new projects
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Production Engineering or a similar qualification
- Several years of experience and additional qualification in production planning/work preparation
- Very good command of English
- Solid IT skills
- Leadership qualities and strong implementation skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs
