About the role
- Define and own the enterprise architecture roadmap for Sales and Services companies, covering SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Field Services.
- Lead and coordinate the network of solution and domain architects across SAP (FI, CO, SD, MM, Service, EWM, PP) and Microsoft Dynamics, as well as external partners, ensuring template governance and cross-solution consistency.
- Translate global business requirements into scalable, integrated enterprise solutions, leveraging standard SAP and Microsoft capabilities, promoting harmonization, and minimizing custom code developments.
- Design and govern end-to-end enterprise architecture for Sales, Service, and Aftermarket processes, ensuring seamless integration between front-office (CRM/FSM) and back-office (S/4HANA) applications.
- Define and enforce global architecture principles, and governance standards to ensure scalability, maintainability, and compliance with Clean Core principles.
- Provide architectural oversight and risk assessment across programs, ensuring technology decisions are aligned with business priorities.
- Drive change and transformation initiatives, acting as a bridge between business and IT, championing user adoption of harmonized and simplified Sales and Services processes leveraging innovations in S/4HANA, Fiori, embedded analytics, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Collaborate closely with an international, cross-functional team to deliver high quality, scalable solutions that support our global growth.
- Travel (up to 30%) to Liebherr sites worldwide to engage directly with business teams and support deployments.
Requirements
- You are an experienced Enterprise or Solution Architect with a proven track record in SAP S/4HANA and, ideally, Microsoft Dynamics 365 programs.
- 10+ years of enterprise solution experience, with at least 5+ years leading SAP S/4HANA architecture and cross-platform integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/FSM) in large multinational organizations.
- Experience in enterprise architecture, SAP Clean Core principles, integration design (APIs, IDocs, OData, REST), and SAP BTP.
- Experience in Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics CRM/FSM, and hybrid SAP-Microsoft environments is an advantage.
- Proven ability to align IT and business strategies, define long-term roadmaps, and balance global standardization with local business needs.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g., German) are an advantage.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30%) as required by project work.
