About the role
- You advise the Liebherr companies on implementation, including analyzing existing processes and recommending appropriate solutions
- DMS/ECM consultants analyze and optimize document-based processes to increase efficiency and quality
- You develop workflows and automated processes to improve operational workflows
- After the analysis and the resulting concept, you are responsible for implementation
- This includes configuring, for example, storage/search masks and the corresponding workflows
- You train employees in the use of the system and ensure that all users can effectively use our Doxis system
Requirements
- A degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field is advantageous
- Solid knowledge of DMS/ECM — Doxis by SER is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand and optimize complex processes
- Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English required
- Teamwork and customer orientation are also important
- Experience in project management and implementing IT systems is an advantage
