About the role
- Produce sales gains by providing customer service
- Meet or exceed Company Objectives in all individual statistics
- Provide consistent appraisal of an associate’s sales performance
- Provide support and feedback on areas of strength and opportunity
- Adhere to current visual guidelines including merchandising, signage, and cleanliness
- Maintain a professional appearance consistent with Dress Code Policy
- Protect Company assets and assist in preparation of store schedules
- Manage store inventory including receiving and conducting product counts
- Open and close the store following Operations P&P Manual
- Participate in LIDS Training Programs and assist in recruiting and training personnel
- Encourage compliance of established company policies and perform work of subordinates as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent plus one year relative experience
- Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner
- Ability to work unsupervised.
