- Produce sales gains by providing customer service
- Meet or exceed Company Objectives in individual statistics
- Provide documented appraisal of sales performance
- Adhere to visual guidelines for merchandising and store cleanliness
- Maintain professional appearance consistent with Dress Code Policy
- Protect Company assets within guidelines of LIDS Retail policies
- Assist in preparation of store schedules
- Manage store inventory including receiving and product counts
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year relative experience
- Ability to produce sales results
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate a computer
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to climb a ladder
- Ability to work unsupervised
