About the role

  • Design processes
  • Manage projects
  • Have a bird's-eye view of how the protocol and all processes around it work
  • Liaise with other contributor teams and the community
  • Support on-chain transactions
  • Facilitate the overall function of the DAO, including sub-governance groups
  • Advising stakeholders on proposal feasibility
  • Ensuring the timely progression of stages

Requirements

  • Strong Organizational Skills: The ideal candidate should be adept at setting and meeting deadlines and possess a high level of responsibility.
  • Technical Background: The candidate should be familiar with Python and/or JavaScript and hold a degree in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, or Computer Science.
  • Proficient in English: Excellent command of English is essential for reading, negotiating, and communicating effectively.
  • Exceptional Writing Skills: The ability to craft documents and texts in English is crucial.
  • Fast Learner: Given the fast nature of the field, the candidate should demonstrate a strong ability to quickly grasp complex concepts.
  • Passion for Crypto: A genuine interest in cryptocurrency and a desire to contribute to our team.
  • Russian language will be a plus.
