About the role
- Ensuring IT support for production processes via 1st-level support
- Ensuring IT availability for the entire logistics center in collaboration with the Hamburg headquarters and external service providers
- Performance and quality optimization
- Ensuring modern, up-to-date IT installations
- Maintenance of servers, clients and networks (software and hardware)
- Participation in projects
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in IT; experience in IT administration/service preferred
- Solid knowledge of computer systems and networks
- Ideally, initial experience with logistics IT systems and processes
- Process-oriented thinking and working
- Independent and responsible working style
- Open, team-oriented and communicative personality
