Product Manager

• Define and prioritise product roadmap and manage product backlog in collaboration with the Product Lead.
• Translate epics into user stories with acceptance criteria; lead sprint planning, backlog refinement and release planning.
• Engage users and stakeholders to discover needs, translate them into requirements, and validate features with research and data.
• Map and improve onboarding and tokenisation workflows, embedding regulatory considerations.
• Own development pipeline from discovery through launch; set delivery milestones, track dependencies and manage risks.
• Facilitate testing, quality assurance, go-live readiness, and coordinate training and operational hand-over.
• Act as voice of the customer; gather feedback and provide updates, demos and presentations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to align product capabilities with market needs and sales pipeline impacts.
• Develop deep understanding of KAIO architecture, smart-contract design and multi-chain interoperability; advise on technical feasibility.
• Bridge non-technical stakeholders and development teams; stay current with blockchain and financial-services trends to inform product innovations.
