- Model personal commitment to the goals and values of Liberty University
- Engage in personal spiritual formation within a biblically informed Christian worldview
- Teach courses as assigned and enhance student engagement through communication
- Carry out administrative tasks as dictated by department administrators
- Teach material from approved curriculum in accordance with assigned schedule
- Assist students in achieving completion of objectives and learning outcomes
- Provide regular and timely feedback to students
- Participate in school retention initiatives
- Advise students on academic and behavioral matters
- Maintain and report student grades and attendance in accordance with university policies
- Strictly adhere to Liberty University policies
Requirements
- Earned a Master’s or terminal degree in Human Resources
- Minimum of 18 graduate hours in Human Resources with experience desired to teach at the baccalaureate level
- Relevant certifications are considered
- Possess a conferred terminal degree in Human Resources to teach at the Master’s or Doctoral level
