About the role
- Assist the sales team with order entry, pricing, and customer inquiries
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and dashboards
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of Fine Grind products
- Respond to customer requests and resolve issues promptly
- Manage documentation for contracts, quotes, and purchase orders
- Organize and update customer databases and CRM systems
- Support scheduling of meetings, calls, and presentations for the sales team
- Serve as the primary administrative contact for the Fine Grind division
- Assist in marketing initiatives and promotional activities for new products
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales administration or customer service required
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes preferred
