Therapist

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of clients' physical therapy needs.
• Create individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and collaborative discussions with clients and caregivers.

Physical Therapist

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ occupational performance; Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clients’ needs; Provide direct occupational therapy services to clients in a variety of settings; Monitor and document clients’ progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary; Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care; Educate clients and families about therapeutic strategies and resources available; Participate in training and community outreach activities

Occupational Therapist

Medical Director

• Monitor daily operations and create programs and interventions for ABA services
• Ensure clear communication between BCBAs, RBTs and other clinical team members
• Provide expert clinical supervision, training, and guidance to BCBAs and RBTs
• Supervise and make informed decisions on implementation of behavior interventions, BIPs, treatments, and client progress using graphical analysis
• Provide direct and verbal feedback regarding clinical implementation and BST
• Conduct on-site supervision across service locations and travel for assessments and high-risk client support
• Lead weekly meetings with BCBAs to review data analysis and make bi-weekly check-in phone calls with families
• Administer behavior skills assessments, FBAs, treatment plans, and scientific prescriptions
• Stay current on licensing laws, ensure legal/ethical compliance, and disseminate relevant information
• Support BCBAs in extended assessments (FAs, ABC and preference assessments)

Regional Clinical Director
