Operations

• - Complete the daily processing of Wires, ACH, Shared Drafts, and Mobile Deposits.
• - Assist with the error resolution process for debit card and ACH transactions in accordance with Regulation E.
• - Order, track and close debit cards. Review debit card daily reports.
• - Ensure there are comprehensive and current procedures in place for all functions.
• - Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies and procedures.
• - Provide backup to others in Deposit Operations as needed. This may include: processing and verifying file maintenance requests such as name and address changes, replacement cards, requests to close accounts, etc.
• - Assist with the administration and support of all Digital Channels.Provide answers, research problems, and resolve discrepancies for both members and other employees in Wire and ACH areas of specialty. Be a subject-matter expert for the Credit Union in areas of specialty and ensure that knowledge on specialty is up-to-date by attending educational seminars and/or reading pending changes in rules and regulations.
• - Assist with audits and exams.
