About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

- Complete the daily processing of Wires, ACH, Shared Drafts, and Mobile Deposits.
- Assist with the error resolution process for debit card and ACH transactions in accordance with Regulation E.
- Order, track and close debit cards. Review debit card daily reports.
- Ensure there are comprehensive and current procedures in place for all functions.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies and procedures.
- Provide backup to others in Deposit Operations as needed. This may include: processing and verifying file maintenance requests such as name and address changes, replacement cards, requests to close accounts, etc.
- Assist with the administration and support of all Digital Channels.Provide answers, research problems, and resolve discrepancies for both members and other employees in Wire and ACH areas of specialty. Be a subject-matter expert for the Credit Union in areas of specialty and ensure that knowledge on specialty is up-to-date by attending educational seminars and/or reading pending changes in rules and regulations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

- 5 - 10 years experience in banking operations required, with a strong focus on ACH processing, shared drafts, wire transfers and cash management services
- In depth knowledge of digital banking platforms and their functionalities.
- Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines related to ACH, check processing, and wire transfers.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
